Kelly Whitley

Kelly is an experienced C-suite executive with a proven track record in investor relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, and media relations. She has a deep understanding of capital markets, strategy, and acquisitions and divestitures, as well as being experienced in leading cultural transformation initiatives. She is able to navigate complex industry cycles with clarity, trust, and resilience.

Currently, Kelly is Founder and Principal of Twin Bridges Advisors LLC, an investor relations advisory firm which draws on her 30-year corporate career to support companies’ investor relations and communications strategies.

For a decade, Kelly served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications, for Murphy Oil Corporation. In conjunction with her executive duties, she was a member of the Executive Leadership Team; Crisis Management Team; Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Executive Committee; and Disclosure Committee. Kelly was a strategic leader in Murphy’s messaging strategy and brand management.

Earlier in her career, Kelly held investor relations and communications positions with other exploration and production and oilfield service companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gonzaga University. She is Director Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD); has completed the Harvard Business School program, preparing to be a Corporate Directory; and earned the Environmental Social and Governance certificate from the Work Force and Technology Council.
