How Does it Work?

vCoaching offers live+online, one-on-one communications coaching. We help you when it fits in with your calendar: whenever you want, from wherever you are. Here are the two steps to take for a great experience:

Plan your session

To plan and prepare for your session:

• You register for the course and propose a date for your live+online coaching session.

• We confirm the session and the vCoach.

• Ahead of your one-on-one vCoaching session we give you access to our pretraining questionnaire and our resource center.

• You complete some pre-session study and worksheets, if possible.

Connecting

To connect with your vCoach:

• We establish the most suitable video link-up directly or via your company’s video-conferencing system. All you need is a laptop or PC with a robust internet connection, microphone, speaker and camera. We will test the link before the session - to make sure things will go well.

• Your personal, one-on-one vCoaching session is about you practising and perfecting what you say, and how you say it. It’s about your topic, your audience, your goal and your message.

• What if I can't get online?

• We will do what we can to ensure a high quality experience. If, for some reason, we have a technical problem and need to reschedule, we will do so at no cost to you.
