The Challenge:
A sweeping realignment launched by the Chairman called for transformational change across the client’s highly diversified international operations. To bring it to life, headquarters selected two dozen business group Presidents, Vice Presidents, CFOs to partake in a year-long Executive Development Program, starting with a week-long on-site leadership conference. The assignment was clear: although these high performers had excelled at the company to date, their future prospects now hinged on their ability to build support for the initiative with the thousands of employees under their direction.

The Impact:
Six WPNT coaches traveled to the company’s headquarters to provide an on-site Strategic Communications Workshop during the cohort’s week-long retreat. Advance work in partnership with the client ensured the program seamlessly interwove core principles from both the ongoing conference and the year-long development program. In four-person breakout groups, WPNT coaches helped participants identify and build upon their individual communication strengths, with a focus on Establishing a Positive Net Impression and Leading with Empathy. Tailored, immediate feedback ensured the leaders left the program able to immediately employ new skills – both at the conference and back with their worldwide teams.
