A Senior Vice President in a South American business unit recognized her team needed support with internal messaging. Although her project managers skillfully balanced the needs of their external partners and subcontractors, they struggled to land key messages (and sometimes funding) during recurring strategy review meetings with U.S.-based executives. Cultural divides – both geographic and bureaucratic – added additional friction, limiting the team’s ability to secure the support and visibility it deserved.

WPNT coaches moved beyond the fundamentals and provided immediately deployable techniques covering Audience Analysis, Establishing Common Ground, Message Development, and Managing Q&A. The program equipped participants to identify cultural differences in communication styles and to bridge them with confidence. Multiple on-camera exercises – followed by immediate feedback and revision – allowed participants to see themselves improve throughout the program. Participants particularly appreciated WPNT coaches’ ability to interweave elements of the company’s ongoing company-wide client-focused transformation. Recognizing the program’s immediate value, the client is now looking to expand it globally throughout the business unit.
