Shannon joined WPNT Communications in 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and brings more than 20 years of experience in customer success, client relationship management, marketing, and operations. Throughout her career, Shannon has focused on building strong client partnerships, improving customer experiences, and collaborating with teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children. As a family, they love traveling, skiing, biking, and hiking. Shannon especially enjoys cheering on her children from the sidelines as they play soccer and celebrating their academic and personal achievements.
