Crisis Leadership Training

Establishing an effective strategic crisis communications response under pressure and driving team leadership while managing tactical communication demands are at the heart of our Crisis Leadership Training.

We aim our program at key incident or crisis management team members, as well as front-line communications professionals - Public Information Officers, Liaison Officers, or Corporate or Joint Information Center leaders.

Incorporating lessons learned from our crisis response experience, participants work together to manage a highly customized crisis scenario, while faced with challenges such as efficient team meetings and hand offs, long-term resourcing, issue monitoring, and information management.
